At the bank, I sat on the Branch Transformation team modernizing how a billion-dollar institution operated for its staff and customers. At Nutis Press, I learned every layer of the production process before being given the title to match — earning my promotion to Web Design Manager by doing the work first. That cross-functional perspective now shapes everything I design.
My background is unconventional: bank branch manager turned prepress designer turned web design manager. But the thread connecting all of it is systems thinking — understanding how pieces fit together for the people moving through them.
I came to UX through the back door — and I wouldn't change a thing.
